They instantly greeted as we walked in, helped us find what we were looking for. Checkout was fast and simple, other than pushing for their Sherwin Williams card. They did a fine job, but they weren't friendly at all. For being a paint store, I didn't find it warm or inviting. For the higher prices, I'd say go somewhere else.
